Blessings 3 and 4

I wish I could have had two pictures but picnik was not working this morning! My second square is the pink and red hearts, this symbolizes my love for Christ and how much He loves me! He has blessed us beyond my imagination and I know I could not live without Him! My third square is for my baby sister Elizabeth. She is deaf but can hear due to having two cochlear implants blessed by God! I thought it fitting to embroider our favorite sign to each other, "I love you"! We are now relearning Cued Speech and it is coming so easy for me and Elizabeth. I am blessed to have her as my baby sister, she has taught me so much!!

Spring Garden

Here is my first square! I am very thankful that I have a spring garden this year, my very first! I have planted baby's breath, Shirley poppies, tomatoes, cucumbers, Lima beans, lettuce and strawberries! I have two baby strawberries and a teeny tiny tomato growing so hopefully in a few weeks we can enjoy them! This week we are getting ready for revival at my church and I am so excited! Everyday at 7 pm I stop an pray for our upcoming revival and hope we can have a packed out "house". Thank you Lord for all the blessings you bestow upon me and Mike, we love you very much :)

Stitching Again!

Happy Thursday! I am stitching again! I had so much fun in Amy's 39 squares stitch along that I am proud to say that I am now participating in her Counting Your Blessings stitch along. This should be really fun and inspiring as we stitch our blessings and thank God for our fabulous lives He lets us live! I hope everyone that is interested joins in on the fun, you won't be disappointed! Please visit Amy's stitching blog at www.countedblessingsproject.blogspot.com/ to join!
